MONITOR
PROGRESS

-  Identify Struggling Students  -
Since all the data is stored in a central database, administrators can easily access data for any individual student. This makes it easy to identify those who would benefit from additional help or program changes.
-  Parental support  -
With helpful printouts, you can visually portray a student's developmental profile to parents or other educators; and plan the best methods to help the student at school and at home.
-  Essential developmental data  -
A DTORF Online rating automatically generates specific information:
  • Total skills and competencies acquired to date (the total DTORF raw score)
  • IEP instructional objectives selected from competencies needed but not yet achieved.
  • General stage of social-emotional-behavioral development.
  • Stage for developmentally appropriate instruction.
  • Age peer comparison score.
  • Recommended positive behavior management based on rating.
  • Options at baseline rating to predict an end-of-the-year outcome score.
  • Options to print a Group DTORF of selected objectives for several students in the same class, showing the range of actual items to be an instructional focus.

-  Program quality monitoring  -
End-of-Year summaries can be obtained for individual students, teachers, or programs. Reports on individual students include:
  • Results from previous ratings.
  • Current total DTORF competency score.
  • Gain/loss since previous rating.
  • Current age peer comparison score.
  • Percentage of age peer score achieved by student.
  • Severity of developmental delay, if any.
  • Changes in severity of developmental delay.
  • Changes in age peer comparisons.
  • Optional data-based recommendations for IEP review.
