EASY |
- Simple -
It's easy to enter a student's information, conduct a rating and automatically create a BIP with positive behavior management strategies, and an IEP with selected learning objectives based on the rating. The design allows you to enter your assessment in an intuitive way and also automatically generates documentation for you to share. - Centralized setup -
To begin using the system, all an administrator needs to do is enter teacher information for those who will be using the system. Each authorized teacher will be given an access code and individual password to enter their student ratings. There is no need to install any software on any of the school's computers. - Browser-based -
DTORF Online is implemented with standard HTTP, so there is no installation required on end-user computers. It is designed to run even on older computers and over slow connections. Supported clients are PC, Mac, Unix, and any platform that runs a web browser with JavaScript. End-users can gain access from virtually anywhere via the Internet. - Assign students to groups -
Students can be easily assigned or transferred to different teachers or groups. |
- Printable Reports -
All student FBA, IEP, BIP, and other progress reports can be printed. You can even print blank rating forms to share with parents or team members. - Access student data -
Administrators and teachers can view and print ratings, IEP, and BIP reports. This allows them to prepare for parent-teacher conferences or other meetings. Counselors, psychologists, special educators, resource teachers, or other staff can also be given access to selected students. - Web-based assessment -
You can conduct DTORF Online assessments from anywhere via the Internet (school, home, etc.). You also can track students' progress because all of the information is stored in a highly secure site. There is no software for district IT personnel to install or maintain. |
