  All information is stored on a web-based program. Teachers can access DTORF from anywhere via the Internet (school, home, etc.). There is no software to install or maintain. Teachers keep track of their students' progress because all of the information they enter is saved.

  DTORF is easily accessible from anywhere via the Internet and easy to enter a student's information, perform an evaluation or create a BIP or IEP. It is designed in an intuitive way, and also includes helpful documentation.
